In order to register to the PSMRTBP-2022 Conference is necessary to have an Indico account. If you do not have one, please follow the instructions in the prompt window that appears when you start the registration process.

The Conference secretariat will take care of the Hotel reservation until the 8th of May. Please note that after this deadline we cannot guarantee an accommodation.

The registration fee is 350 €, including bus transportation from Rome or Pisa airports to the conference venue and vice versa (check the travel information page), conference material, coffee breaks, and social events.

Master and PhD students are entitled to a reduced registration fee of 150 €. Those wishing to apply should tick the appropriate box in the Registration Form and upload a confirmation letter of their status signed by their tutor to the Organizing Secretariat. The decision about the requested grants will be made known to the applicants by 6th of April.

Information for participants from INFN

The registration fee of INFN participants will be paid through an internal transfer among INFN sites. Other forms of payment will not be accepted. Further information can be obtained from the local INFN administrative offices.


Information for participants from Italian public bodies (except INFN)

If your host Institute/University applies the split payment or is VAT-exempt, please contact the organizers before paying the fee, in order to have confirmation of the exact amount to pay (net amount).

Participants from Italian public bodies are required to specify in the registration form the CUU (codice univoco d’ufficio) code necessary for the electronic invoicing.

Collective payments of the conference fee are also accepted. Please, refer to your administrative office to know how to proceed.


Billing information

Participants must specify in the registration form the billing details necessary to prepare the invoice; they are invited to check with their administration if the invoice must be put in the institution's name or in the participant's name. If the invoice is addressed to the institution, it is necessary to provide the following information:

  • Name of the institution
  • VAT number of the institution

If the invoice is addressed to the individual, it is necessary to provide:

  • Full name of the participant
  • Personal address
  • Place and date of birth or codice fiscale if from Italy
